currently the OOo-Ext-Site seemed to offline again.

Yes, I know.
That will also be necessary for the LibO-Ext-Site.

You could try this. But I think the issue is, that we need to handle the answers of 
the authors. The easiest answer would be "go ahead", but I think there would not only 
such easy answers from the authors. Some of them would want some information or have 
some questions. Thus we need some humans to execute this tasks ;-)
