You can download at http://www.libreoffice.org/download/ and click on "main
installer", just above the bit torrent link.
I find it quite confusing as well.

About the rpm - I should have a look at home, on my linux, but I'm
convincedyou'll find some guidings when you google rpm libreoffice or
ubuntu
libreoffice (that's how I found it)
