Perhaps if someone here contacted them they might be interested in having a template on the
official LO Templates website? Surely it's 'just' a question of having each 'page' as a text-box
with some of those boxes rotated to suit? (I have no idea how to do that)

There is a Web Based "old version app" the creator has made for people to use to create and print
out the PocketMod booklet.

I would not think about anyone having an extension for it since the web site has "Patent Pending"
on the page showing how to make the folds, etc..
