May I ask what you are you doing that needs this type of printed 
document?  I never saw that type of printed document before, so it would 
be nice to know what you are using it for.

As I stated earlier, the printing half of the pages at a time, is the 
only "easy" way to do what you need without some type of external 
package or extension.

Since the PocketMod layout seems to be a specific "Patent Pending" style 
of "booklet".  The possible "rarity" of that format and the "Patent 
Pending" issue might make it very hard to support the decision to create 
an extension or external package filter.
