Delete the whole libreoffice diretory:

C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\libreoffice\

as well as anything *for libreoffice* under the Local directory:

C:\Users\<username>\Local\*

NOT, repeat, NOT the entire Local directory, just any directory for 
libreoffice (dunno if there even is one, haven't moved to Win7 yet)...
