I actually found the forum (http://en.libreofficeforum.org/forum) at last.
Oddly, there's no link to it from th LibreOffice home page, which is why I
didn't find it at first. To return to the original subject, there is very
little traffic at the LibreOffice forum, so it doesn't seem as if OOo users
haved moved there yet. The decline in the OOo mailing list could be due to
list subscribers moving to the OOo forum, and well as some moving to the
LibreOffice list.
