Hello Jay,

Glad you are joining us for marketing tasks!
About the Youtube channel we only recently opened it and yes, realizing 
a full YouTube channel with videos of our own  is on our roadmap.

But you know the drill I guess: we need volunteers for that, as these 
vids do not get automagically made up.

As for LibreOffice Conferences, we do have videos - more like streams 
actually and you can see the past streams here: http://www.libocon.org

If you woulkd like to work on videos for the Libreoffice project please 
let us know, Sophie, Robinson, Marc, myself and others would be excited 
to help you.
