Hello Jay,

May I suggest you browse this mailing list archives for a bit more context and background? As you may know, we started this project in the end of 2010, so it is likely we already discussed some of what you're alluding to.

For instance, I was writing here, on this list, a few days ago about a new messaging outline.

Stay tuned and thank you for your input,

Charles.

Well i wouldnt necessarily say that professional video editing was
necessary for it as you can see that the majority of the popular
videos on the linux foundations youtube channel really just require
some adobe after effects work. What is most needed is the concept and
message of the video which TDF should oversee so that its done right.

Thanks for the link. Seems ustream search is case sensitive <

Yes i just heard Micheal Meeks mention that in his talk at oSC14 when he talked about all the money Mozilla keeps lying around and doesn't use.
TDF raises already a reasonable amount of money, but there are other
priorities. Professional video production is extremely expensive, and
there are other marketing tools which are far less expensive and more
effective (like media relations).

I searched Ustream for 'LiboCon' and got zero results.
