Re: [libreoffice-marketing] Article on building community on FOSS projects

Hi :)
I think the QA team's recent competition was good for building up the community spirit.  

People on the User List seem to quite like it when they get invited to join in other lists or other 
teams.  They don't always join in straight away because it's a bit intimidating and they seem to 
think they will need coding skills to join in elsewhere.  Obviously posting too often would be 
annoying.  Perhaps 1/month?  more often?  less?
