You're right, a quick serch didn't yield clear information about this.
AFAIK there aren't free binaries for Windows and Mac OS. There is a
MacOS port but only for MacIntel (so, no PPC). This is fairly recent and
I have less interest in such versions so perhaps someone with closer
knowledge to such builds can elaborate on this.

You could mention this in two places:
- at the beginning when you show a slide with license information,
simply indicate "this presnetation, BTW, has been done with LibreOffice
and is licensed under %%%%%. You can download it from the Marketing Team
page at libreoffice.org - I'll elaborate later on this"
- when you reach the point where you mention the marketing team, "...as
other teams, the Marketing team has a section/page/wiki dedicated to it
[...] where you will find among other things our logos, fonts, and
presentations (including this one) which community and enterprise
contributors use in LibO advocacy"...

The above is only a very rough example, of course anyone should adapt to
their local context. It's also what has worked for me, it often starts
completely different discussions after a presentation.
