I would recommend we use the language naming so:

<wiki>/EN/Marketing-Materials
<wiki>/EN/Marketing-Materials#presentations
<wiki>/EN/Marketing-Materials#handouts
<wiki>/EN/Marketing-Materials#sets
...

However there is already this page:
http://wiki.documentfoundation.org/Marketing/Material

What I would suggest is that you do this:
Create what you have in mind.
Upload to the wiki
On your personal page add a link to the upload, and a few lines
describing what the item is.
Let the list know
Somewhere between now and then, should be able to figure out how we want
to lay that out on the wiki.
