I think is getting ahead of themselves, since that money could be for
other matters, including PLIO infrastructure.
However, if I as a contributor, I donated $100 dollars of that money,
specifically for OOo, then the PLIO would have to show me proof that
the money was used for that particular use. Now imagine if there were
50-100 people who had donated a small amount of money, then the task of
making sure that the funds donated for OOo would become monumental
unless the budget items were configured to show this breakdown.
