What is intended to become accepted behaviour, at a higher level, is that
access2base can be upgraded "out of cycle", by the admin and/or user,
in LibreOffice. Not the particular way in which it is done.
And that is why it should be an extension and that overriding the
bundled stuff should stay the exception.
