I've done some work on entry level tasks. Specifically, I've removed
all #if 0 blocks in the LibreOffice source tree. Also, a lot of bogus
comments like /*N*/, /*?*/ and so on were removed.

I took a look at the sw bit, mostly good and I pushed the majority of
it. The only bits I held back were some potentially useful comments in
the ww8 filter which document the offsets of some values in the .doc
format. There I reworked them from #if 0 #endif blocks to classic
comment style.
