Hi, Here are some thoughts/opinions about this thread : - Survey : I think it's far far too early ! and I generaly have doubts about surveys. When we'll have a real prototype (cf Renaissance prototype), we may perform some user testing, just like Canonical does [1]. This way, we control the information sent and returned. And the results are much more precise. A survey with unchoosen participants is useless for me. And worse, it might return very bad/false results.
An option to create prototypes would be QtQuick : today, I attended a QtQuick workshop (for beginners) and I think it'd be a usefull technology to test several UI (it's "easy" to code some behaviours and interactions).
- A popup in LO 3.5 :As a user, I really don't like that (hum, a polite way to say i hate that ;-)
Thanks, Michel[1] an example : https://lists.ubuntu.com/archives/ubuntu-devel/2011-April/032988.html)
