Hi Bjorn,
Over all, I like it!
Now for the details, general and specific:
(1) First, a question about the system: Does it allow for a "survey review"
mode, in which a reviewer can go through the survey and have a text box near
each question in which s/he can enter his/her comments regarding the
specific question?
(I understand the system is in Beta, so if it doesn't allow it in current
state, perhaps you'd like to consider it for future development)
(2) I'm not a native English speaker, but it seems to me that the English
version can benefit from a language-editing. I'm willing to help with this,
if there is no one with native English that can.
(3) The first question (characteristics) might seem puzzling for some
people, so I suggest adding a preceding explanation sentence, something like
"We believe that in order to best address our users needs we should know who
they are. To help us know more about you, please rate ...".
(4) I suggest using as much usage case examples as possible. For example, in
the question talking about menu depth (which is rather a "technical" terms)
and providing the abstract question (less levels with more info each or
...), add a contrast between "to choose a Case format click Format and get
all the alternatives among other formatting options (Font, Paragraph,
Bullets, etc.)" and ""to choose a Case format click Format and then click
Case to get all the alternatives".
(5) Regarding job sector, I suggest adding "Student".
(6) Technical issues:
(i) In the job sector list, I wonder if there should be one item "Social
Service", because now the two words spread on two list items.
(ii) The Facebook address has a problem. I think a working one is:
http://www.facebook.com/pages/Libre-office/182443481787018?ref=ts&sk=info
(7) Regarding survey dissemination, how about creating a mailing-list for
survey announcements?
It can provide users who wish to help but don't have relevant technical
skills a way to contribute, giving acknowledgement to their expertise as
users.
Furthermore, once one registers, s/he expresses commitment, which can
facilitate future actual action.
HTH
Keep on the good work!
