Thank you so much Christoph!
Your help would be *very* welcome, but I haply discovered an [almost
obviously] way to "workaround" the issue. I just need to re-open the
saved PPT file, save it again but as ODP format and voilà.
I already added the first color (green) of my templates. I still working
on it, trying to make some bullet images and discovery new cool features
to use.

For now everything is almost done. The worst part is align and format
correctly all the text boxes. :P I personally can't do this... >.< If
there's a way to simply "copy" a master page (mainly its Styles) to
another, I would love to know... :D
Cheers,
~Paulo

Hi Paulo,
sorry that you got hit by some of the issues - but maybe the problem may
be "workarounded". So if the background picture is a problem, there
should be the chance to place a simple image as a picture behind all
other master layout objects. However, I'm curious what is the reason for
having some of those pictures ...
If you like, please send the document to me (or maybe publish it on the
marketing ideas page [1]), so that we can help to resolve this issue -
hopefully ;-)
Cheers,
Christoph

Hi everybody!
Sad news [for me]... I'm experiencing the bug #316023
<https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/openoffice.org/+bug/316023>
[1] (the old and "fixed" bug #201005
<https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/openoffice.org/+bug/201005>
[2]), which sadly forbid me to create templates correctly in Impress.
The main problem is the impossibility to save more than one background
in the Open Document (or template) format. Ironically, saving the
presentation in the PowerPoint format works fine... :P
So I'm able to help creating presentation templates, but I'm limited to
save them as PPT or send the images to others. If someone could help me
converting the file to ODP or applying the backgrounds for me, I'll be
very thankful.
Thank you in advance,
~Paulo
