Hi Tim,

There is a web based tool found here:

This offers a number of time slots across three days, where a person can
mark which time(s) they would be available for an on-line meeting.

I'm very sorry hear that - I have a sibling going through the same (or
similar) trials and it is very difficult I know.

At present I still think IRC makes the most sense, for the most people.

I know from your earlier emails that this is a problem in your case -
Have been trying to think of how to help mitigate the problem.

First - expect a fairly active week on the email list, on my part as
preparation.

Second - I'll try to have a good agenda on the wiki by Monday night

Third - Using IRC there will be a full log of all the comments kept,
this will be available in very short order afterwards.

I'm not sure what can be done much beyond that. If you have thoughts or
ideas please don't hesitate to put them forward.
