Howdy,

Well, I said Monday night to close the poll - and it is still Monday
night: In Hawaii :-)

So - 9 folks signed up and all 9 marked as an available time:

Thursday, April 28, 2011 7:00 PM EST

Will, follow up by asking for the use of the TDF IRC channel for that
time and with agenda items.

Thanks

Drew

I didn't sign up, but this works for me.

Hi Carl,

Excellent - and yes just because the poll is closed only means that the
poll is closed, the meeting is open to all.

Speaking of which:

We can indeed use the documentfoundation channel on the freenode server
(will put directions for that on the wiki page later today)

The meeting will be open to everyone.

The subject for the channel will be changed to the NA Community Meeting
while we are using it. But if the channel is busy with other activity at
the time of the meeting (midnight UTC, so no likely) then I agreed to
open a quick channel such as libo-na and jump to that.

Sophie Gautier from the Steering Committee will be in attendance.

I had a chance to talk with Sophie this morning, if we will add the
subject of Kicking Off the French Language NA disc to the meeting she is
ready to help on that.

Also, activity is under way on the Spanish disc so that will be an
agenda item and may pick up another person or two not on poll for that
item.

Ok - this is getting a bit wordy so will stop and will get to wiki today
for sure.

Thanks very much to everyone,

Drew
