Type in A1 de eerste datum waar je vanuit wilt gaan
Type in A2 : =WERKDAG(A1;1)
Kopieer A2 omlaag zo ver als je wilt.

En, voila, daar heb je de lijst zonder weekend dagen

Een andere mogelijkheid:
 - selecteer de eerste cel en de cellen daaronder (naast)
 - kies Bewerken > Vullen > Serie ...
 - kies daar voor o.a. Weekdag

Een venster met veel mogelijkheden, maar waarmee je moet wat moet
experimenteren, vind ik.
