Als ik zou moeten kiezen tussen overgang en verloop, dan zou ik zelf
kiezen voor het tweede. Een overgang houdt namelijk niet altijd een
geleidelijke verandering in, terwijl een verloop daar wel meer mee
geassocieerd wordt. Volgens mij is juist dat geleidelijke het meest
kenmerkende aan een gradiënt.
Ja, verloop impliceert in tegenstelling tot overgang een geleidelijke verandering.
Gradiënt ook, maar kan ook op iets anders dan kleur betrekking hebben. Daar zou dan ook kleur voor
moeten.
