小笠原です。

試せば分かる話ですが、セル関数についてはカンマとセミコロンは
同じ意味です（どっちでも通ります）。

もちろんあわせたほうがいい気はしますが、IFだけに限った話では
ないでしょうし、Pootleのリンクを洗い出してからでしょうかね。

# スクリーンショットよりURIを示してもらうほうが嬉しいです。

あくまでも個人的な意見としてはカンマにあわせたほうがいい、
ですが、あわせるとしたら翻訳ではなく原文を全部なおすべき、と
いう立場です。
