Indeed, that would be extremely helpful. It works fine for me, so if you
are ok with that, I'd forward your IP privately to the mirror admin so
they can investigate. There's little we can do, other than disabling the
particular mirror if more users experience the problem.
What led you and your marketing team to the decision to only have
X-LibreOffice listed on the Italian LibreOffice Portable page? Thank you

I'll follow-up on this question later on - let's first try to work
around the above download problems.
