Two comments on this. It's worth noting that SilverStripe, our CMS
allows for live staging pages. Which means that you could litterally
keep your upcoming changes (while previewing them) and publish them
when they're due. I am not sure what CMS the Fedora Project userans...
is
it Django CMS?

As for Transifex: for most localizations, we use Pootle. I don't belive
we put a hard constraint on using Pootle but that's pretty much what
the consensus would work. What's more, Pootle is hosted within our
infrastructure [1] which does not seem to be case with Transifex. 

Is it a problem for you?
