In the context of NSA/Prism, I think it is not a good idea to translate
automatically global website to a language that does not have its own NL
website. Because automatic translation probably means to use an external
service like Google translate. I think it should be better to explain to
the visitor how to do that himself at its own risk.
Using RequestPolicy extension for Firefox is very instructive.
