Actually there is a remote control software for Impfess on Android, but not a full Libreoffice 
version.

Yes. There will be:
A temporary homepage with a nice design just before the libreoffice.org homepage 
A landing page with our msssaging and various links
A redesigned download page

Good question. Basically you can translate the content or adapt it, or come up with your own. It's 
up to you.
