Thanks Marc for the update on posting at the bottom. In regards to the user
support area. I was thinking about more of knowledgebase type page. So for
example I was having some trouble connecting to MySql  from Base. Now the
user guide says it can be done but it was lacking some required information
. The guide does says JRE and JDBC is required. We should go a step further
and maybe telling the end user how to obtain the required components from
their environment. Also we should tell then that the class path needs to be
updated under either writer, or calc in order for base to work properly. To
give everyone a idea what I mean you can check out what I have so far at

This site is a open knowledgebase I created. My goal was if I run into a
issue then i will post the issue along with the solution so the person can
resolve it without doing the research.

Well my site covers a broad range of issues and solutions. It would be good
to have something like this on the official website for LibreOffice or a
dedicated wiki page in which I will be happy to help maintain. The users
will need to know how to find this information.
