[libreoffice-website] Added documentation link to libreoffice.org/download "related pages"

Hi there,

thought our nice documentation page would be a good place to visit
for our new users - put them under the "Handy resources" column
right off the download buttons.

First thought I'd have to hack the silverstripe
DownloadSimplePage.php - but it's much simpler, just add ", dl" to
the Content->MetaData->Keywords list (in the silverstripe editor).

(for completeness - you can add "dlver-3.5", "dlver-3.4" etc to make
"related" pages depend on the selected download version, and with
"dltype-win", "dltype-src", "dltype-x86" have it depend on the kind 
of downloaded artifact)
