thanks for your feedback, much appreciated! That was the extension we've
been previously using.
So, I've now enabled it again. IMHO, the only configurable default is that
the WYSIWYG editor is active per default, but can be disabled with the (half
cut-off) link on top of the window.
However, we should consider this experimental! For MediaWiki 1.18, the
extension does not work, and for 1.19, no version is available yet, so
chances are it will be removed with an upgrade.
There are patches in process for both 1.18 and 1.19. Might take a
little babysitting to make it work smoothly, but people are working on
getting it... errr.. working.
