No, I was not using Pootle before. Now I have rights to edit sr and sh,
that is great.

On the other hand I can not edit "templates" language. I do not need
rights for this, just someone to make the edit. Can you please open 
https://translations.documentfoundation.org/templates/website/mysite.pot/translate/
and change message $lang['en_US']['LocaleName']['sh'] to "Serbian (Latin)"
and message $lang['en_US']['LocaleName']['sr'] to "Serbian (Cyrillic)"?

I sent a pull request before on Github that was commited, but this need to
be changed in Pootle too or the change will be lost on next update.
