AFAIK the red costume of Santa Claus was an invention of Coca-Cola

Wrong. ;-)

Suppose I'm wrong concerning Coca-Cola but in general the red costume
of Santa has no relation with christian tradition from centuries. It
was a commercial advertising project. Of course, some red colored
elements of wear can be found in few folk traditions.

First, thanks to Eliane for having provided the only proposal for a
seasonal logo; we called for one, I see many theories on Santa Claus but
not as many proposals.

Secondly, I understand that Santa Claus/Christmas comes from one
particular cultural stream however, Santa Claus is now very globalized.
We don't really put anything religious, we just put a Santa Claus bonnet
on top of the logo, something you will find (for better or for worse) in
almost every product line in the world supermarkets.

I think that proposing anything else would probably not even speak to
anyone, and would nullify the need for a seasonal logo. Therefore I vote
+1 for this logo to be uploaded to the website.

Best,
