It's shown on the top of the page following the break like now... only
moved a little bit above the page.
It is possible to set a page break "before" or "after". Do you have
considered to make this visible?
Hum, I haven't checked those cases yet, but it would make sense to make
them visible too, I just added that to my TODO list: thanks ;)
