Unless you are handling a 1x1 sheet, you ALWAYS have a next cell.

And, no, I'm not moving TWO cells with the method I described.

This works but is only practical if there is an empty cell next to the 
one you want to move because, in effect, you are moving two cells. Which 
you may not want to do.
