To move a single cell you must move the mouse cursor till one of the
four edges of the cell: notice that cursor will not change its shape.

When you have reached the desiderd edge, click left mouse and keep it
clicked, then move you mouse till to the desired location.

Done.

This is frustrating me no end. I have tried the "Ctrl-Click, Alt-Click"
method, the "Select Cell then move cursor till hand appears", "Click and
hold mouse on cell then drag". None if these work. Is there maybe something
in settings that I need to change? This is only for single cells, multiple
cells work just fine.
