I've encountered this problem before. Two manual things I've done that have
resolved it and a 3rd I just thought of that someone else might know if it
works.
#1 - using mouse
. Start LibreOffice
. Hover the mouse over the tiny window
. When the mouse pointer becomes a double-headed arrow (any orientation;
horizontal, vertical, diagonal)
. Click and drag to enlarge the tiny window
. Grow the window until the window controls become visible, close the
window do NOT maximize it
. Restart LibreOffice, the window should be the size it was when closed a
moment ago
#2 - using keyboard, best when window is difficult to grab with mouse
(presumes Windows or Linux)
. Start LibreOffice
. Press Alt+Space
. Press down arrow until "Resize" menu item selected
. Press enter, Resize is selected mouse pointer has become four pointed
arrow
. Press the arrow key (up, down, left, right) in the direction to grow the
window
. * - first press makes pointer jump to window edge in that direction
. * - subsequent press grow window in that direction
. * - Esc finishes the action
. Grow the window until the window controls become visible, close the
window do NOT maximize it
. Restart LibreOffice, the window should be the size it was when closed a
moment ago
#3 - have not tried
. try starting in LibreOffice in Safe Mode "...Safe mode is a mode where
LibreOffice temporarily starts with a fresh user profile and disables
hardware acceleration. It helps to restore a non-working LibreOffice
instance" (from the docs)

Hello,
I have been having issues with the libre interface for about 2 weeks now.
The issues have never happened before on this computer.
The problem is that the libre application opens in a very small resolution
and it is missing the maximize, minimize and close window buttons from the
top right, as well as being unable to be resized by dragging the window
corner, or be able to move it around the screen. This is becoming
increasingly frustrating and I need a solution. I have provided screenshots
to help explain the issue better.
Waiting for a response.
