[libreoffice-users] Trouble with Libre interface

Hello,
I have been having issues with the libre interface for about 2 weeks now.
The issues have never happened before on this computer.
The problem is that the libre application opens in a very small resolution
and it is missing the maximize, minimize and close window buttons from the
top right, as well as being unable to be resized by dragging the window
corner, or be able to move it around the screen. This is becoming
increasingly frustrating and I need a solution. I have provided screenshots
to help explain the issue better.
