If it's Linux - this is a known bug that has been documented in release 
notes: 
https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/ReleaseNotes/4.1#Most_Annoying_Bugs

Highly recommend everyone read release notes before upgrading or 
installing new releases as we always try to be transparent about problems.
