Aaaargh, that control panel thing reminded me of a previous colleague that had a cute purple dragon
instead of a mouse arrow! I kept wishing it would keep all the random toolbars at bay but she
loved installing them and generally encouraging malware to breed on her machine. Using her machine
was like peering through a letter-box at 20 paces.

If you are using Windows, you should be able to make the change you want in the Control Panel. I'm
not sure what to use in it though. I use Ubuntu, and I select a cursor theme to do this.
