You can change a lot of the colours by going to 
Tools - Options - Appearance
On the docs list apparently some people find it best to change the colour of the page-end because 
it's defaults to light grey against a light grey background.  I guess it's not particularly an 
issue for most people otherwise it would have been set differently.

I am using  Libreofice Calc version 3.6.2.2

I have a group of cells witha a black 1pt border so i find dificult to see
at witch cell the cursor is.

Is there any way to change the color and or other characteristics of the
cursor?
