If it actually does work in Thunderbird+Lightning, do you know if it
works properly interacting with Meeting Requests/Invitations/Updates
from users using Outlook/Exchange? The current
Thunderbird+Lightning+Provider for Google Calendar doesn't (works
halfway, but Updates are totally broken)...
