To be honest, if you have a base/template for your language, you can 
great a version of that dictionary for yourself.

If I was given a list of Geology words/terms, I could create a 
dictionary for just those words.  I looked into All of the different 
English language dictionaries available when LO was new and figured out 
what I could change in the parts that were not the list of words and not 
break it.  There are a lot of parts I did not try to change.  Once I 
figured out enough, I looked for a larger set of words to add to the 
original one, but decided to just replace the list/file with a different 
one and not just an edited version of the original file.

I do not know the controls used inside the .dic file.  I searched for 
some documentation, but OOo seemed not to have it and the other spelling 
systems that the original OOo dictionaries were based off of seemed as 
hard to find.  SO I decided to just use words  and not words with 
controls/commands ["word" and not "word\3" or whatever].  It made life 
easier.  As far as I can see, the only reason to use the controls is to 
reduce the disk size of the .oxt file.  I am not worried about that.

SO, I once stated I could/would create a specialized dictionary for 
specific English terms/words.  Look where it ended up.

I once made a word list with over 1 million English words with common 
and "rare" spelling of words.  There are a lot of words out there and 
every one that I checked in one day to the biggest online spelling and 
"meaning of word" dictionary sites, I did not find one word that was not 
spelled that way, if you started from the base/root and added the 
prefixes and suffixes that were used to create that word form.  They 
most were words I never seen before, but by all the rules were correctly 
spelled and listed in at least one online system [if you took a valid 
prefix or suffix off].

[ I lost all that work last year trying to move data files around drives 
while I was suffering from an illness (with some pre-stroke 
signs/symptoms involved and have had 3 small ones already).  Lost a lot 
of personal and working files that week.  I hope to be able to buy 
enough USB drives to backup, and keep backed up my full 3-TB main system. ]

I still would like to create the specialized .oxt spelling dictionaries, 
but it is not big on my list of work with my current limited time I now 
have at my desk.  With the word list, it takes a short time to build a 
new dictionary and modify the needed parts of the internal .oxt 
dictionary system.
