WE NEED THIS STRESSED on the web site.
Perhaps requesting via the 'web site' mailing list could achieve this?
The 3.5.x line is still the "cutting edge" version and is not ready for
the needs of business user, and the personal user that must have as few
issues as possible.
Ummm... right.
An understatement! LO35 is not fit for public sale! All versions
except for a certified, QA pass, high quality version should only be
available by _invitation_ to perform rigouras testing before release
to the general public.
3.5.2 is the default when you click the 'Download' button:

No surprise that this mailing list is full of complaints...
But wait... there's more:

LibreOffice 3.4.6 Final (2012-03-22)
This is the seventh release of the LibreOffice 3.4 code line.
LibreOffice 3.4.6 fixes the most-important bugs identified by users in
the previous version, as well as a potential security issue. It is of
course safe to be deployed for production needs.
LibreOffice 3.4 contains lots of new features compared to 3.3.

Can anyone explain how "most-important" bugs are identified?
Who are these "users" that identified these important bugs?
As a "user", particularly a new "user", which version would you choose?
I suggest you take this up on the discuss list.
This mailing list seems most appropriate.
Message to new users: DO NOT USE LATEST SOFTWARE VERSIONS. LET SOMEONE
ELSE FIND NEW BUGS.
(Using LO33 with minimal interruption)
