        I did file bug reports on a couple of the main issues that I could reproduce to provide 
sample files. I was unaware of an "escalation" procedure for the end user as far as reporting 
bugs. Can you tell me were to find the steps that we should follow once a bug is filed? I need 
to know how long we should wait before escalating and then exactly what to do to escalate 
the bug.
