Please post the output of:

$ sudo lshw -C video

Might be worth filing a bug report at:
<http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/pkgreport.cgi?pkg=libreoffice;dist=unstable>
That way someone with the same distro & nouveau drivers can assist.
