I'm using LO version 3.4.0 on OS X (latest version of OS X 10.6.8)
I've switched from OOo to LO. Under OOo, if I hit the DELETE key, it would delete the character
in front of the cursor and the BACKSPACE key would delete the one behind the cursor.
Now, on LO, the BACKSPACE key works, but the DELETE key will not delete the next character. I
had to kill a definition for the key and it still won't delete the next character.
I've Googled, but not found anything helpful.
Any suggestions?
Thank you!

I noticed this in the Basic IDE. Now it works for me with 3.4.1 RC3, is that an option for you to
at least test?
I may test it, but for now I'm in the middle of a screenplay and want to finish before changing
anything.
I'm still playing around with the idea I had for post-it notes that would match each document.
(The notes would be stored in the user fields in the file.) While working on that, yes, there were
problems in the BASIC IDE, I think one was this issue. I'll be doing more with that later, after I
finish my script. (There are issues with that, like having to ReDim arrays whenever a new note is
added and having to close all the windows associated with a document whenever that document loses
focus and opening them again when it gains focus.)
