You obviously need to get official labels and stuff but there is no need to
download packages. There is already an all_platform DVD available in the

Maybe it hasn't been announced but it's there since Feb 5th ;)
That link shows an All platform ISO but it also shows a "de" language
code in the file name. Since I am in the USA and we use English, for
the most part, in my area of New York State I would prefer to have a
English CD or DVD ISO file if I do no make my own.
I'm not sure, what you mean.
Yes, the DVD is made by a German speaking team, and templates and extra stuff are in German. But
the software itself comes with more than just the German UI and help files.
[copy]
LibreOffice 3.3.0
GNU/Linux 32 RPM, DEB (en-US)
GNU/Linux 64 RPM, DEB (en-US)
Mac OS x86, PPC (en-US)
Windows 32 (all available languages)
Portable (cs, da, de, el, fr, he, hu, it, ja, ko, po, pt, ru, zh-cn, zh-tw)
language- and help packs
GNU/Linux 32 RPM, DEB (de, en-US, es, fr, it)
GNU/Linux 64 RPM, DEB (de, en-US, es, fr, it)
Mac OS x86, PPC (Sprachpakete de, es, fr, it)
Windows 32 (Hilfepakete de, en-US, es, fr, it)
[/copy]
So at least the software will be in your preferred language.
If you're interested, Friedrich and Erich together with Uwe (they did most of the work for this
ISO) will gladly help you, if you want to lend a hand to create a "truly" English version of the
ISO. :)
