You can edit it in Inkscape or similar. Having two flyers (one targeting regular non-techie students, and one for more technical) would be great. The more resources we have, the better!

Maybe if you have an idea for a better design, and strange.flute9055@fastmail.com can improve the text, we'll have something really good to hand out at events where orgs and government bodies are present...
