When it comes time to vote, please make sure there is some kind of
"none of the above" option on the ballot. Otherwise some people will
not be able to vote, and then there will be complaints that the
percentage of members voting is too low.
In fact, I would add both a "none of the above", and a "no label at
all (even though this will not be an acceptable option)" choices to
the ballot, just so that all members at least have a chance to
participate in the vote.
