Welcome! I've changed the subject line, as we're starting a new topic
here... There are various websites where people can submit themes for
FOSS projects, such as https://www.gnome-look.org
LibreOffice can use Firefox themes, and while this feature had some
issues recently, it was improved thanks to Muhammet Kara:
