Thanks for adding your two comments. They are well done and read very well. This is the tone we should be using in response to critics. Excellent!

I have also added my comment. We should be renowned for replying with factual data and practical information. This is the way that we will garner more users and gain respect.

We shouldn't forget that LibreOffice is OUR community product and our members are what make it work. Membership is what makes our product so great. People will adopt OUR product because they will see themselves belonging to the community and making use of LibreOffice.
